These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the travel vertical at travel.commercialsthatconvert.com and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Commercials That Convert. By accessing the Site or submitting the inquiry form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit the form.

Commercials That Convert provides professional video production services for travel businesses, including travel agencies, independent advisors, tour operators, cruise specialists, group travel organizers, and retreat organizers. The inquiry form is a request to discuss a potential video project. Submitting it is not a confirmed booking, appointment, or contract for services.

This Site does not sell or book travel. It does not provide consumer trip-booking, pricing, or itinerary reservations. For travel bookings, contact the relevant travel business directly.

Submitting the “Discuss My Travel Commercial” form initiates a conversation. Any proposal, scope, timeline, pricing, or deliverables are defined separately in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Until such an agreement is signed, no production services are confirmed or guaranteed.

By submitting the form, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and authorized by you to share.
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business you identify, where applicable.
• Any footage, assets, supplier materials, or trip details you provide for use in a production are either owned by you or properly authorized for the intended use.
• You understand that an inquiry is not a confirmed appointment and that timing will be coordinated.

Productions are developed using information you and your team provide and approve. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of itineraries, dates, inclusions, and other trip-related details before final delivery. Illustrative or AI-assisted scenes are not documentary footage of a specific trip and must not be presented as such. We do not guarantee bookings, sold-out departures, leads, or financial results.

All concepts, scripts, creative direction, and production work are developed by Commercials That Convert. Ownership, usage rights, licensing, and permitted placements for any finished work are defined in your project proposal or agreement. Content on this Site—including text, layout, and imagery—is owned by or licensed to Commercials That Convert and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or form to submit false, misleading, or infringing information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Use the form to send advertising, solicitations, or unrelated content.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or supplier materials. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Any reliance on third-party information is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any production outcome will result in bookings or revenue. Production results depend on the offer, audience, distribution, availability, pricing, and follow-up.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercials That Convert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any production engagement. Our liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our handling of information submitted through the form is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commercials That Convert operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction where permitted.
